Our Services

Audit
Over 25 years of audit experience, spanning entities in banking, insurance, trading, manufacturing, hospitality and construction, and others. Our principal has been a member of the Small and Medium Practices Advisory Group of the International Federation of Accountants since January 2018.
Management and regulatory consulting
Our principal has significant leadership experience including as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados, director of the Barbados Private Sector Association, director of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados, director and chair of the audit committee of a financial institution in Barbados, Commissioner of the Fair Trading Commission of Barbados.
Financial reporting
The International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-sized Entities (IFRS for SMES) is our speciality but we also provide consulting services related to full International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Our principal was a member of the SME Implementation Group of the IFRS Foundation from 2010 to 2016.

Andrew F. Brathwaite is a chartered accountant with over 25 years experience including 5 years as an audit partner of a big 4 firm operating in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. He is a practising member and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.
